SEC and Binance signed customer asset agreement USA

As part of the agreement, Binance.US will share detailed information about your business spending in the coming weeks. Employees international Binance will lose access to private keys of wallets and others tools of the American division.
The transaction was concluded after the relevant court orders. 6 June SEC filed petition to freeze digital assets Binance.US. On June 14, the court ordered the regulator and American crypto exchange to find a compromise to ensure the protection of client assets with opportunity to continue working platforms.
During the hearing, a representative of Binance.US noted that the company must have the possibility of financing ordinary expenses, while the asset freeze may be "misinterpreted by banks".
The platform has committed not to transfer assets and not make payments to any organizations in the structure of a corporation without judge's order.
