On July 1, 2024, Amber Japan announced a major rebranding that will affect both the company itself and its cryptocurrency platform WhaleFin. Amber Japan will now be known as S.BLOX. The WhaleFin platform is also expected to change its name to S.BLOX to match the company's new branding.
