Founded by Ukrainians Nick Gavrilyak and Dmitry Dimenko, AI startup Assisterr has successfully completed a pre-seed funding round, raising $1.7 million. These funds will help the company scale its AI model tokenization platform and expand its team.

Investors and Financing

The proposed funding came from prominent investors such as Outlier Ventures, Web3.com Ventures, Moonhill Capital, Contango, as well as private investors from Zero Gravity, Aethir, EigenLayer, Bagel, SwissBorg and Particle Network. This significant contribution underscored the interest and confidence in Assisterr's potential in artificial intelligence.

The funds raised will be used to expand the team and develop the Assisterr platform for tokenization of AI models. The company aims to provide developers with the ability to create their own niche AI models based on its infrastructure, as well as tokenize data. The platform allows users to feed their data into selected AI models, improving their accuracy and monetizing their knowledge and intellectual property.

Unique Technologies and Approaches

Assisterr uses Small Language Models (SLM), which require less data and can run on mobile devices, laptops and small servers. This makes the company's technologies accessible and convenient for a wide range of users.

The company plans to use crowdsourcing for data collection, recording ownership of data and decentralized coordination of community efforts based on the Solana blockchain. This will ensure transparency and security of all processes related to data and AI models.

CEO Statement

CEO and co-founder of Assisterr, Nick Gavrilyak, noted:
“We tokenize data and AI models to ensure fair rewards for data owners and ecosystem participants, providing all the necessary infrastructure to train and support niche SLMs, including a data provenance protocol, a module for configuring and running AI agents running on top of SLMs, and native monetization."

Assisterr has already gained recognition by winning numerous hackathons and was selected to participate in the Google for AI Startups program, receiving $350,000 in funding. These achievements confirm the high potential and prospects of the startup.

Attracting $1.7 million in investments allows Assisterr to continue the development and implementation of innovative solutions in the field of artificial intelligence. With the support of respected investors and a strategic growth plan, Assisterr is poised for new heights by offering developers unique tools for creating and monetizing AI models.
