CryptoPunks Leads NFT Growth with $825K in Daily Sales

CryptoPunks now ranks third in total NFT sales in history, with $2.87 billion in sales.
The Ethereum-based collection has reclaimed its lead, beating out DMarket, which took second place with $746,474 in sales.
DMarket is just $10 million away from joining the elite club of NFT collections with a total value of half a billion dollars. The Mythos network, which hosts DMarket, is also close to the $500 million mark and could become the 11th blockchain to reach the milestone, according to CryptoSlam.
Coming in second place for daily sales was DMarket, which runs on the Mythos network, with $746,474 in daily sales. DMarket had 3,732 unique buyers and 3,148 sellers, bringing the Mythos network to nearly $497.93 million in total sales.
Coming in third place was Polygon’s Fashion Girl collection, with $608,982 in sales, up slightly from the $529,000 it recorded on its debut day.
Immutable Guild of Guardians Heroes and Ethereum Bored Ape Yacht Club took fourth and fifth place with sales of $422,847 and $378,692, respectively.
Ethereum led all blockchains in NFT sales on Monday with $3.84 million, up slightly from $3.38 million the day before.
