The US House of Representatives on National Security held hearings on unidentified flying objects (UFOs). After that, at least 50 tokens on this topic appeared on the crypto market.
The hearing went viral in the cryptocurrency market, triggering a similar wave of inquiries on Twitter and Google. As a result, crypto traders issued more than 50 alien-themed coins in just 24 hours. In particular, there were tokens called "UFO" (UFO) and "ALIEN" ("alien", "alien").
Most of the new tokens did not record active trading activity. Only relatively large and old coins with an alien theme were able to improve their performance.
Which tokens have shown growth
In particular, the native token of the popular blockchain game Alien Worlds (TLM) showed a slight increase of 1.1% to $0.109 at the time of writing.
Among other tokens from aliensUFO also stood out, the growth of which at the moment was 2.4%. At the time of writing, it is trading 0.58% higher. In addition, the token of the blockchain project AlienFi (ALIEN) has grown by 5.24% in the last 24 hours.
What the House of Representatives said
In recent testimony before the House Oversight Subcommittee on National Security, David Grush, a former member of the Pentagon's Task Force on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (NVP), blamed the government in hiding evidence of alien visits to Earth.
He testified under oath that he was aware of an alien spacecraft in the possession of the U.S. government and the "non-human" biological remains found on it.
Ryan Graves and David Fravor, retired commanders of the U.S. Navy, also claimed to have seen UFO sightings while serving in the military.
"In any case, unidentified objects pose a threat to flight safety," Graves said.
While the speakers said they could not share too much information due to its secrecy, they expressed concern that the U.S. government was hiding too much on the issue.
