The developers of Hamster Kombat have presented a new blockchain that runs on the Ton Virtual Machine and supports smart contracts compatible with The Open Network (TON). This will allow developers of decentralized applications (DApps) to easily migrate their projects to the new ecosystem. The team emphasized that the network's security is ensured by full compatibility with TON, and at launch, users will have access to a built-in wallet, bridge, and decentralized exchange (DEX).
The beta version of the network is already available through the Hamster Boost program. Participants in this initiative can test the blockchain, complete various tasks, and receive bonuses for this, including "other rewards."
The key element of the Hamster Network will be the native HMSTR token. Its main purpose is to pay fees for transactions within the network. In addition, the token will be used in all applications included in the project ecosystem.
Earlier, the Hamster Kombat team announced the completion of the intermediate stage of development and the launch of a new season - HamsterVerse. The first season ended with the distribution of HMSTR tokens, but caused a mixed reaction from players, including user discontent and conflict situations between project partners.
