In the future, token holders will have access to various benefits associated with artificial intelligence (AI).
“The moment has come to celebrate the greatness, passion and spirit of a legend that never fades. Legends are not born - they are created. Now you have the chance to become part of this history. STAR10 will open up unique opportunities for you, including exclusive experiences, autographed collectibles and even my personal AI agent,” Ronaldinho wrote on the social network X.
Despite the promises, some of the footballer's subscribers expressed doubts about the prospects of investing in the new token. However, the development team assured that the release of team tokens will be frozen for six months, and their gradual emission will stretch over two years. Ronaldinho himself and his partners own 35% of the total volume of STAR10.
This is not the legendary athlete's first experience in the cryptocurrency field. In 2018, he promoted the RSC project, which was related to football. In 2023, his name appeared in the case of the Omegapro platform, where investors suffered losses of more than $4 billion. That same year, Ronaldinho was summoned to a hearing in the Brazilian Congress to give explanations on the 18kRonaldinho case, which was related to a cryptocurrency pyramid. The footballer denied his involvement, but the amount of investors' losses in this project amounted to $61 million.
