Since reaching an all-time high in January of this year, the value of the Ripple token has continued to decline, leading to a reduction in the number of investors who are in profit. According to analysts, the token is facing a drop in demand, and at the moment, only 87.95 billion out of 99.98 billion XRP remain profitable. This indicates that many token holders are now in the red, which creates additional selling pressure and worsens market sentiment.

In addition, the number of new users has also decreased. On the last Sunday, only 4,516 new wallets were registered for trading XRP, which is the lowest figure since the beginning of the year. This trend indicates a decrease in interest in the cryptocurrency and may lead to a further drop in its value if the number of sales continues to increase.

XRP is currently trading at $2.24, down 3.3% over the past 24 hours. The charts show that since its all-time high, the cryptocurrency price has continued to move below the downward trend line, updating its lows. If the token fails to break this line, the decline will most likely continue.

If bearish sentiment prevails, the XRP price may fall to $1.47. However, if buyers regain interest in the cryptocurrency, XRP may try to break the current downward trend and reach $2.93.
