The opening of Metaplanet’s office in the US, which will be called Metaplanet Treasury Corp., will allow the company to take advantage of several advantages. Firstly, Florida has already established itself as a hub for cryptocurrency and financial technologies. The state’s pro-business policies make it attractive to companies focused on crypto assets.
One of the main benefits of the new location will be improved access to liquidity, especially institutional, as well as more favorable conditions for purchasing bitcoins. In addition, the company hopes to speed up the work of its treasury service, since the office will be open 24 hours a day, which will significantly improve efficiency and flexibility.
Metaplanet Treasury Corp. will start its operations with an authorized capital of $ 10 million. However, in the future, the company plans to raise an additional $ 250 million through the issuance of securities. This amount will be used for further investments in crypto assets, especially bitcoin.
