Neobank Infini announced the termination of crypto card servicing in China. The company's founder Christian Li explained that these cards were designed to meet the needs of a limited number of clients, but it later became clear that this direction does not bring the desired result for the business.

According to Li, Infini initially sought to offer users the opportunity to spend digital assets using stablecoins, in particular USDC. However, the company's strategy is changing: now priority is given to products with predictable and stable profitability. Among such solutions, the founder highlighted Infini Earn, which should provide customers with more reliable financial prospects.

In addition, Li recalled that in February 2025, Infini faced a serious incident - as a result of a cyberattack, digital assets worth over $ 49 million were withdrawn from the platform. Following this incident, the company has revised its security measures and significantly strengthened the protection of user data and funds.

Infini management emphasizes that the future development of the platform will focus on creating tools for effective financial management, rather than releasing products related to the use of cryptocurrencies in everyday expenses. The company believes that this direction will allow it to build a more sustainable and secure ecosystem for its customers.

Thus, the refusal of crypto cards in China is part of Infini's broader strategy to optimize its business and focus resources on developing services that better meet user needs and market demands.
