BitMine announced the purchase of an additional 82,353 ETH. This move continues the company's long-term investment program aimed at strengthening its position in the Ethereum market.

According to management, BitMine's total asset value has reached $13.7 billion. This includes not only cryptocurrencies but also cash and so-called "moonshots"—high-risk investments with the potential for multiple returns. The company's digital assets include 192 BTC, and its total fiat reserves are estimated at $389 million.

The "5% Alchemy" program, which BitMine announced back in March, calls for the active accumulation of Ether in the corporate portfolio. Last month alone, the company acquired 662,169 ETH, becoming the largest institutional holder of this cryptocurrency. BitMine's holdings significantly exceed those of its closest competitor, SharpLink, which holds 859,853 ETH.

Board Chairman Tom Lee noted that the fundamentals of the Ethereum network are showing steady growth. Over the past two months, the total supply of stablecoins operating on this platform has increased by more than 15%. Lee believes that the October crypto market crash, during which over $19 billion in assets were liquidated, served as a kind of "reset," opening the door to a new growth cycle based on strong fundamentals.

However, Lee cautioned that the market remains volatile. He stated that Bitcoin, despite the influx of capital into spot ETFs, is still susceptible to stock market fluctuations and could theoretically lose up to half its current value. The analyst emphasized the importance of investors considering the interplay between digital and traditional financial assets, especially amid global market uncertainty.

Overall, BitMine continues to pursue a strategy of diversification and long-term growth. The combination of Ether accumulation, moderate Bitcoin exposure, and a portfolio of risky assets allows the company to strengthen its position in the rapidly changing cryptocurrency sector and remain a leader among institutional investors.
