The launch of this new feature in Trust Wallet has expanded the wallet's capabilities, transforming it into not only a tool for storing assets but also a platform for interacting with prediction markets. Users can now bet on specific events directly within the app, without having to use third-party services.
The new feature is located in the Predictions tab. This section provides a catalog of events for which users can select a predicted outcome, view price dynamics and overall market sentiment, and track results after the event. The interface is designed to provide all the necessary information in one place while maintaining the familiar wallet functionality.
All events are sourced from third-party providers with whom Trust Wallet has partnered. To get started, there's no need to create a new account or transfer funds—the tool works directly with the assets already in the wallet. The team emphasized that Trust Wallet does not interfere with event formation, price setting, or outcome determination—these processes are entirely controlled by connected providers.
At launch, Predictions supports integration with Myriad, which operates on the BNB Chain network and targets users outside the US. Integration with Polymarket, accessible through Swap.xyz on Polygon, and Kalshi, connected via Dflow in the Solana ecosystem, is also announced. However, the latter two platforms are still in development and will be added later.
Feature availability depends on the user's region: each platform uses its own geoblocking rules. Restrictions are applied automatically, without the need for manual configuration.
Predictions thus marks a new step in Trust Wallet's development toward enhancing the user experience. The emergence of such tools within popular wallets demonstrates the gradual convergence of cryptocurrency services with interactive financial products, which were previously only available through separate websites or specialized platforms.
It was previously reported that Coinbase is also working on its own prediction market and plans to launch a similar feature through Kalshi. This indicates growing interest among major crypto industry players in the predictive markets segment and expanding competition in this field.
