On December 10th, 2025, Abu Dhabi will once again host one of the key events in the decentralized networking space, the fourteenth DePIN Day. The event will be held in conjunction with Solana Breakpoint, attracting key teams working on the development of Web3 physical infrastructure. Organizers emphasized that the annual growth in interest in the event reflects the global demand for sharing experiences between developers, operators, and investors building next-generation networks based on cryptoeconomics.
The event is sponsored by Fluence and supported by the Impossible Cloud Network. According to the organizers, DePIN Day solidifies Solana's status as a leading venue for projects building decentralized computing, networking, and hardware solutions. The choice of Abu Dhabi is explained by the region's rapid development and its ambition to become a global hub for Web3 infrastructure.
The program will focus on the practical aspects of implementing DePIN solutions: from distributed computing and storage systems to wireless communications, sensor networks, and mobile applications. Participants are promised a discussion of working cases, capital raising mechanics, and real-world examples of scaling infrastructure projects.
Speakers include representatives of several key teams, including Tom Trowbridge (Fluence), Kai Wawrzinek (Impossible Cloud Network), Raj Karan (io.net), Mark Rydon (Aethir), Neil Chatterjee (DAWN), Uroš Kalabić (onocoy), and Fredrik Ahlgren (Sourceful Energy). They plan to discuss developments at the intersection of cryptoeconomics, hardware technologies, and global distributed networks.
Previous participants have traditionally noted the unique atmosphere of the event. Clara Cao of the Filecoin Foundation emphasized that this is where teams are gathering to change global infrastructure using the DePIN approach. Mark Rydon of Aethir also highlighted the unique format, and Lilla Ledesma of DAWN praised the high quality of the content and overall organization of the event.
The DePIN Day conference series has already become a key gathering point for projects related to wireless networks, sensors, energy, storage, and computing power. The events are held as part of DePIN Space and bring together thousands of developers, venture capital funds, and teams building next-generation infrastructure.
According to the organizers, Fluence, the main initiator of DePIN Day, is developing a decentralized computing platform based on a distributed network of data centers. Governance is provided by the Fluence DAO, and the FLT token is used for staking, process coordination, and governance mechanisms.
