During its Next '23 meeting and in a series of press releases published on August 29, Google Cloud published several announcements related to artificial intelligence (AI).

Google Cloud CEO Thomas Kurian said at the event:
We are entering a new era of cloud computing fueled by generative artificial intelligence…. Our goal is to help companies use artificial intelligence and other cloud technologies to streamline their productivity operations – creating entirely new lines of business.

The Google Cloud Duet AI tool, used to collaborate with artificial intelligence and help them work together online, will soon be publicly available. This was stated by the head of the corporation Google Squats.

The group announced SynthID using Google Deepmind. It will be able to watermark AI images and define them in such a way that it is completely invisible to the human eye.

On its developer service, Google Cloud announced improvements to Vertex AI. In addition, Vertex will soon include even larger language models. These include Claude 2 by Anthropic AI and Llama2 by Metaflexer; codellamasense.

The cloud infrastructure technology that the AI client relies on has been enhanced by Google Cloud. It is worth saying that the company introduced the new Cloud TPUv5e chip and announced the imminent appearance of more reliable virtual machines (A3 virtual machines with NVIDIA H100 GPU) in the public domain.

Google Cloud partners with AI company
Recently, Google Cloud announced partnerships with several large companies in the field of artificial intelligence. One of the company's interesting activities is working with Estee Lauder companies to solve specific customer problems using artificial intelligence (AI), GE Appliances and FOX Sports are creating AI-based information search in cars, and General Motors, together with sports AI, is implementing conversational algorithm.

He also works with gaming company CAPCOM, mobile firm Canoo, multinational software corporation Sap, and New York City healthcare network HMH. In addition, he cooperates with each other in the field of education - the Runway school together with the start-up AI21 Labs.

In other words, in addition to the partners listed above, Google Cloud listed many clients and announced that about half of all funded generative AI startups are its clients.
