Decentralized exchange Sushi plans to add support for Aptos, which will be the first blockchain available that is not compatible with the
Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
As part of the expansion, an automated market maker (AMM) and SushiXswap will be integrated into the network. Aptos said in a statement that this partnership is just the beginning of the collaboration.
“Further integrations will be coming soon, focusing on world-class UX and compatibility for Sushi and Aptos users and developers,” the statement said.
At the time of writing, Sushi works on EVM-compatible networks such as Ethereum, Fantom, Polygon, Arbitrum, BNB Chain and others.
In early August, the decentralized exchange SushiSwap integrated the Core protocol.
