MakerDAO invests $100 million in RWA

Decentralized lending system MakerDAO has allocated $100 million to fund tokenized assets. According to Cryptorank, investments were made in short-term treasury bonds through the BlockTower Andromeda platform.
The source clarified that MakerDAO invested this amount with an annual interest rate of 4.5%. At the time of publication, MakerDAO has approximately $2.71 billion in tokenized assets.
The move is part of MakerDAO's comprehensive strategy to diversify its $5 billion DAI reserve. The move reflects the growing interest in decentralized finance and the increasing importance of diversified investment strategies in the ecosystem.
