Avalanche Wallet Support to Cease by End of November

The End of an Era
Ava Labs has officially declared that the Avalanche wallet will no longer be maintained starting from November 30. This decision necessitates stakers to promptly move their digital assets either to a Ledger hardware wallet or transition to the resources provided by Core Stake.
Technical Transition
The technical nature of this procedure ensures that reconnecting to the account through the new user interface will not result in the loss of staking rewards. Developers emphasize the importance of users being aware of the closure of access to the internet resource, concurrent with the discontinuation of wallet support.
Core’s New Web Application
In tandem with these changes, Ava Labs is launching its own web application, Core, designed to enhance the user experience and attract more assets into the Avalanche ecosystem. Core wallet introduces an embedded Avalanche bridge feature, enabling users to directly engage with decentralized applications on the Avalanche blockchain.
