Unknown User Destroys 500 Ethereums Worth $1.37 Million

A transaction was initiated from the account "0x1a1…..6813" to the Ethereum burn address "0x000…0000", meaning the funds were completely gone from circulation. Although the transfer amounted to $1.37 million, the transaction fee was minimal - only 0.00001797 ETH (approximately $0.05).
An analysis of the activity of this wallet revealed that this is not the first large transfer from it. Previously, 591 ETH were sent from the same account to the WikiLeaks donation fund and another 700 ETH in support of Ukraine. Adding to the mystery of the incident is the encrypted message in Chinese that accompanied the transaction, although its contents remain unknown.
