Bybit will compete for $8 million in the WSOT 2023 trading tournament

WSOT is one of the world's largest crypto trader competitions. The first tournament was held in 2020: then its participants managed to pick up more than $1.2 million in awards. The success of the debut WSOT has turned it into a grand annual event that is getting bigger every year
This year's tournament will be joined by well-known crypto traders and industry representatives, including The Moon, CryptoBanter, GINAREA and Cornix. The prize pool of WSOT 2023 will be a record $8 million. In addition, on August 24, the exchange will raffle off a Rolex Explorer watch and a Lamborghini Huracan Evo Spyder supercar live.
How the WSOT 2023 tournament works
The WSOT 2023 tournament includes two main competitions: the Derivatives Team Tournament and the Copy Trader Ring.
Distribution of awards for each category:
The Team Tournament is a trading competition with a prize pool of 6 million USDT. It is divided into a team tournament and an individual standings. Teams are ranked by P&L, and the reward is 60% of the prize pool. Individual competitions are divided into two types of rewards: for individual profit and trading volume. The remaining 40% of the prize pool is equally divided between them.
The Copy Traders Ring consists of competitions between Trading Masters and their subscribers. The prize pool of 300,000 USDT is split in half between them. Trading masters compete to get into the top 10 in terms of profit of their subscribers, and subscribers strive to get into the top 50 in terms of P&L.
