Problems surfaced for a limited group of clients with transaction histories disappearing post the previous update. A tweet on November 14th from MetaMask representatives acknowledged these issues, specifically citing technical glitches within the mobile wallet version 7.9.0.
The specialists advised users to reach out to customer support if the update fails to resolve ongoing issues. MetaMask stands as one of the most popular mobile crypto wallets, boasting over 20 million users—a significantly higher count compared to Coinbase and Binance storages. Following the problems arising from version 7.9.0, developers temporarily removed the application from the App Store and Play Market.
